That PC has a Intel Core i5-4200u that has never crashed on starting. I am fairly confident that fixing the crashes **is possible** since I do have a secondary laptop with only maybe 5-10% CPU higher performance while lacking a SSD. My main reason to be posting this issue here is to try and get some support by any of the community who might know how to solve this, I have tried going to support however understandably they cannot support if the system is below their 'minimally required' specs, any help would be appreciated and amazing!
